Assessment Roll Notice

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of McLeod No. 185 for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during regular office hours on the following days: Tuesday to Friday, April 24 to May 24, 2026.

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.

Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment is required to file his or her notice of appeal along with the appeal fee of:

Residential: $100.00 per alternate number
Agricultural: $100.00 per alternate number
Commercial:

Assessed Value 0-499,999 – $150.00 per alternate number
Assessed Value 500,000-1,000,000 – $500.00 per alternate number
Assessed Value 1,000,001 and Over – $750.00 per alternate number
