Controlled Burns

The Municipality is asking that all planned fires are called in to the Provincial Controlled Burn Number :  1-866-404-4911.

This will help avoid unnecessary dispatches of firefighting resources to controlled fires.

It’s crucial to prioritize fire safety, especially when conditions are favorable for fires to spread rapidly. Cooperation from everyone can significantly reduce the risk and prevent the need for a fire ban.
